The Steelworks is spread over two floors in what was once a primary school. The facilities include 3 fully equipped studios, changing rooms, showers, coffee bar, reception area and rest room.
The studio is easily accessible by public transport. It’s 1 mile from Stoke Railway Station and served by a main bus link from Hanley bus station and beyond. Motorway links to the M6 and the A50 are also close by. We are located 4 miles from junction 15.

Steelworks Dance Studio operates a fee paying structure for all syllabus classes. All fees must be paid in full each term.
Each term is spilt into monthly payments due on the 1st of each month paid by standing order. New students will pay weekly until the next term begins.
The British Ballet Organisation (BBO) advocates ‘dance for all’. It believes there should be opportunity for all those interested in acquiring a dance technique, artistry and performance skills. The BBO has devised a safe and developmental programme of dance study that recognises students’ progress and achievement through taking examinations. The BBO provides an Examination Syllabus in Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Modern Dance which has been designed to accommodate a wide variety of candidates of different ages, experience and levels of achievement. Recognised by the Government’s Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulations (OFQUAL), the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority Wales (ACCAC). Throughout the year Steelworks hold 3 Examination Sessions.
