BootyBarre

bootybarre is a workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. A fun and energetic workout, bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

This class is held on a weekly basis, every Wednesday 6.45-7.45pm – Please book to reserve your place at the Barre!!!
